The Thornhill Woods neighbourhood is part of the north end of the Thornhill area in the City of Vaughan. The majority of the real estate homes and houses in the area are detached homes with 3 bedrooms, 4 bedrooms or 5 bedrooms, as well as towns, semi-detached homes and link style houses. The homes were built starting in the late 1990's and going all the way up to today with new homes going up. The area started to be built from Highway 7 and all the way north to Major Mackenzie Drive.
